WHEREAS, It is proposed to amend the building, site and

WHEREAS, An operational plan has been submitted outlining
how the office will be used.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the building, site and operation plan for the property addressed
as S79 W18841 Janesville Road.
