WHEREAS, A sketch has been submitted to divide a parcel of
land in the NW corner of the SW 114 of the SbJ 114 of Section 11,
Township 5 Range 20 East into two lots,
WHEREAS, These lots are sewered and meet the requirements
of the RS-2 zoning.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the sketch for the NCJ corner of the SW 1 /4 of the SW 114 of
Section 11 and be receptive to the certified survey map.
