RESOLUTION #P.c. 57-89
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission in March of 1987 granted a
conditional use for the operation of an extractive sand and
gravel operation for John Glockner at S71 W13219 Tess Corners
Drive, and
WHEREAS, One of the conditions of that grant states that
the permit will be reviewed on a yearly basis, and
WHEREAS, The permit is good for three years, and
WHEREAS, A recent inspection has revealed that as in the
past, little sand removal has taken place.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission
acknowledge the review.
