PCR1989053RESOLUTION #P.c. 53-89 REVIEW OF PLANNER'S REPORT REGARDING REZONING
OF THE TESS CORNERS AREA
WHEREAS, Planner, Joe Mangiamele FU Associates have
submitted a report dated April 4, 1989 regarding the A1 Merfert
request for storage sheds in the NW 1/4 of Section 1 lying
between Janesville Road and College Avenue, and
WHEREAS, The report indicates that because of the mixed
zoning and uses in the area, so diverse, that a planned
development approach should be applied and has recommended the
city take the responsibility for the design, and
WHEREAS, A small scale neighborhood plan should be produced
with some detail to accomplish the OPD Plan.
0 THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED. That the Plan Commission accepts
the planner's report of April 15, 1989.
