ARM WEST OF RACINE AVENUE
(AMENDED)
WHEREAS, A report dated April 4, 1989 was submitted
regarding the proposed changes in zoning property on Woods Road
west of Racine Avenue, and
WHEREAS, There were three properties in the area that were
looked into, and
WHEREAS, Appropriate buffers and transition areas were
recommended, and
WHEREAS, The planner has recommended that the properties be
zoned with planned development approach in order to provide for a
more unified development for the existing and proposed
development.
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission has recognized the property
owner's request for RS-3 zoning and the planner's review and
recommends RS-3 zoning for all three locations (DeRack,
Bushberger and Rausch), and
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission reaffirm
their decision to deny the outright RSM zoning.

WHEREAS, The planner has recommended that the properties be
zoned with planned development approach in order to provide for a

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission reaffirm
their decision to deny the outright RSM zoning and would be
receptive to a petition for a P.U.D. that would provide for a
plan of smaller units, put in a road to buffer the two
developments, show the parking and other details.
