8-FAMILY UNITS ON BLOCK 1, LOT 7 OF THE
WHEREAS, It is proposed to construct five 8-family
buildings on Block 1, Lot 7 of the Durham Meadows Subdivision,
and
WHEREAS, The building, site and operation plan had been
approved in 1975 for this planned unit development subdivision,
and
WHEREAS, On1 y three 8-famil y structures were built, and
WHEREAS, The original planned unit development plan called
for eight 8-family units.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the building and site plan, which includes the landscape plan and
sign location for five 8-family units with seven detached garage
structures conditioned that:
1-They would have to return for sign approval.
2-The y would have to screen their dumpsters adequate1 y and
provide a 6' high fence. .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That if a road dedication is
needed, that it would be dedicated.
