DISAPPROVAL TO DIVIDE 4 LOTS AND AN ALLEY INTO 2 L

WHEREAS, It is proposed to divide four substandard lots and
a 20'vacated alley into two substandard lots, and
WHEREAS, These lots are located in the RS-310ED zoning
district which requires 75' average width and 11,250 square feet
in area, and
WHEREAS, Both lots have sewer availability with a sewer
stub lateral brought to the lot line for a second lot.
WHEREAS, The neighbors within 100' have been notified.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission
recommend disapproval to the Common Council of Lots 32, 33, 34
and 35 and a 20' vacated alley.
