JEAN JACOBSON-TOWN OF NORWAY
WHEREAS, A certified survey map was submitted on April 11,
1989 to create four parcels (Parcels lA, 2A, 3A and 4A) located
in the SW 114 of Section 8, Town of Norway, and
WHEREAS, This approval is necessary under the city's
extraterritorial plan approval, and
WHEREAS, The Town of Norway must approve land division
within their jurisdiction.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the certified survey map for Jean Jacobson, Town of Norway, and
recommends approval to the Common Council.
