WHEREAS, It is proposed to construct a 35' x 50' second
garage structure on an 18 acre lot recently created in the SW 114

WHEREAS, This building is less than 19, of the total lot
area.
WHEREAS, The neighbors within 100' have been notified.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the 35' x SO' second garage structure in the SW 114 of Section 8,
Parcel 3 for Robert Wiza.
