WHEREAS, A certified survey map was suhm
April 6, 1989, to create one parcel located in
Section 7, Town of Norway, and
itted on
the NW 114 of
WHEREAS, This approval is necessary under the city's
extraterritorial plan approval, and
WHEREAS, The Town of Norway must approve land division
within their jurisdiction.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the certified survey map for Gardner Campbell (Laudon), Town of
Norway for the one parcel division in the NW 1/4 of Section 7 and
recommends approval to the Common Council.
