APPROVAL OF REMOVAL OF EXCESS TOPSOIL
FROM THE WOODCREST SUBDIVISION - HAROLD DE BACK
WHEREAS, It is proposed to move approximately 15,000 cubic
yards from the west end of Woodcrest Heights Subdivision, and
WHEREAS, It is proposed to use this topsoil at the Waste
Management Sanitary Landfill site, and
WHEREAS, This topsoil is to be replaced by soil from the
proposed sewer project to Crowbar Road, and
WHEREAS, The zoning ordinance under Section 6.01(4)E
requires city approval for the conveyance of any material from or
to a lot for the purpose of changing the topography.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the removal of the excess topsoil from the west end of Woodcrest
Heights Subdivision.
