PCR1989043DENIAL OF REZONING FOR LOT 10 IN THE MC LAUGHLIN SUBDIVISION RESOLUTION #P.C. 43-89 W198 S10955 RACINE AVENUE FROM RS-210LS to RS-2IOLSIOD HAROLD DE BACK WHERFAS, A petition was received on April 6, 1989 to rezone Lot 10 in the Mc Laughlin Subdivision from RS-2/0LS to RS- 2/0LS/OD to permit the construction of a duplex. WHEREAS, The OD zoning requires double the lot size of the underlying base district, and WHEREAS, This lot contains 24,851 square feet which is 1,815 square feet helow the 26,666 square feet zone district requirement and THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission deny rezoning Lot 10 of the Mc Laughlin Suhdivision addressed as W198 S10955 Racine Avenue from RS-Z/OLS to RS-Z/OLS/OD to the Common Council to permit the construction of a duplex.
