APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
SW 114 OF SECTION 32
JAMES SCHULER
WHEREAS, A certified survey map has been submitted for a
two parcel division in the SW 1/4 of Section 32, and
WHEREAS, These lots are presently zoned RS-2 and meet the
requirements of that district, and
WHEREAS, Parcel 2 does not have direct access to Racine
Avenue, and
WHEREAS, Parcel 2 will have access from North Shore Drive
and a 30' permanent easement.
WHEREAS, These lots are sewered.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the certified survey map and recommend approval to the Common
Council subject to receipt of all other fees required by Section
10 of the land division ordinance and the approval of the city
engineers.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the 30' easement for access and sewer access from North Shore
Drive .
