REAFFIRMS RECOMMENDATION TO APPROVE AMENDING
NE 114 OF SECTION 12
FLOODPLAIN MAP
WHEREAS, A new public hearing has been held at the
direction of the Department of Natural Resources to rehear and
approve changing the boundaries of the floodway in the NE 1/4 of
Section 12 to amend the floodplain map due to improper
publication of the notice for the public hearing.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission
recommend to the Common Council amending the floodplain map for
the Tess Corners Creek in the NE 1/4 of Section 12 in accordance
with the data map submitted by Donohue h Associates.
