PCR1989039AMENDED APPROVAL OF BUILDING, SITE AND OPERATION PLAN LYNN KURER RESOLUTION IP.~. 39-a9 NE 114 OF SECTION 14 - DURHAM ROAD AND SCHULTZ LANE WHEREAS, The Plan Commission in P.C. 4\33-89 has recommended that the Common Council rezone property in the NE 114 of Section 14 from R-2 to R-2/00S belonging to Lynn Kurer, and WHEREAS, The building, site and operation plan has been submitted to use the property for the storage of some personal property including tractors, trailers, cars, snowmobiles, furniture, commercial flat bed truck and welding truck and building materials along with rental storage spaces for trucks, trailers, cars, travel trailers, motorcycles, construction equipment and supplies, and boats, and WHEREAS, This property has been used for some of these uses in the past without detriment to the surrounding area, and WHEREAS, This property had been used for farming in the past. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the building, site and operation plan uses as detailed above be approved or conditioned by the rezoning of the Common Council and that any signage must be submitted for Plan Commission approval. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the approval is conditioned: 1-There be no outside storage. 2-That the building, site and operation plan as submitted by the existing property owners be approved and any change in the operational plan will require approval from the Plan Commission. 3-Rental space shall be confined to the buildings outlined in the April 4, 1989 Plan Commission Meeting.
