RESOLUTION #P.C. 38-89
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission has recommended to rezone the
NW 1/4 of Section 13 (W135 S8266 Durham Drive) to the Common
Council, and
WHEREAS, Any use in that district requires building, site
and operation plan approval of the Plan Commission, and
WHEREAS, It is desirous to restrict the use in this 00s
District to a specialized use to prohibit the business from
expanding.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the building, site and operation plan sub.ject to the following:
1. That there will be no outside storage.
2. That the business is restricted strictly to the barn.
3. The business shall not employee more than one person,
who is not a resident on the premises.
4. That less than four parking spaces be provided.
5. That the machines are limited to five.
6. The hours of operation he from 8:OO A.M. to 5:OO P.M.
Monday through Friday.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That this approval is subject to
