WHEREAS, A sketch was approved to divide a 1 acre parcel of
land in the SW 1/4 of Section 11 subject to the completion of the
demolition of the barn on October 18, 1988, and
WHEREAS, A certified survey map has been submitted, and
WHEREAS, The property addressed as S77 W15483 Woods Road
was rezoned from RS-2 to RS-2 (OD) on Novemher 22, 1988, is
sewered, and meets the requirements of that zoning, and
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the certified survey map and recommend approval to the Common
Council subject to the completion of the demolition of the harn,
receipt of all other fees required by Section 10 of the land
division ordinance and the approval of the city engineers.
