AT W171 S7666 LANNON DRIVE ELLEN R. THOMPSON
WHEREAS, A request has been submitted for the parking of a
-tractor weighing approximately 18,000 lbs. and to he parked
171 S76h6 Lannon Drive, and
WHEREAS, Section 17.606(4)G.2(~) of the zoning ordinance
allows the Plan Commission to permit parking of trucks in any
district if it is compatible with the surrounding area, and
WHEREAS, The driveway is screened from view hy the trees
and elevation of the property itself, and
WHEREAS, The area is directly visible by only a few homes
across Lannon Drive to the west, and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission may permit such parking with
the option for later review and renewal.
THEREFORE RE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission
disapprove the parking of a semi-tractor at W171 S7666 Lannon
Drive.

AT W171 S7666 LANNON DRIVE

WHEREAS, A request has been submitted for the parking of a
semi-tractor weighing approximately 18,000 lhs. and to be parked
at W171 S7666 Lannon Drive, and
WHEREAS, Section 17.606(4)G.2(c) of the zoning ordinance
allows the Plan Commission to permit parking of trucks in any
district if it is compatible with the surrounding area, and
WHEREAS, The driveway is screened from view by the trees
and elevation of the property itself, and
WHEREAS, The area is directly visible by only a few homes
across Lannon Drive to the west, and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission may permit such parking with
the option for later review and renewal.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission
approve/disapprove the parking of a semi-tractor at W171 S7666
Lannon Drive .
RE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the permit he granted for a
period of one year to April 1990 and sub,iect to review hy the
Plan Commission prior to renewal of the permit.
