APPROVAL OF THE VACATION OF RIGHT OF WAY
SW 114 OF SECTION 12 (MC SHANE DRIVE) WEIHER/CARTER
WHEREAS, An original certified survey map was recorded
which provided for a 50' right of way for approximately 225'
along the frontage of this property on McShane Drive, and
WHEREAS, In November of 1986 a redivision of this property
occurred, and
WHEREAS, The certified survey map was recorded with a 30'
road dedication along this same frontage, and
WHEREAS, In November 1988 the vacation of the 20' extra
right of way had not been vacated, and
WHEREAS, Our highway width map indicates a 60' right of way
e is required along Mc Shane Drive.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission
recommend approval of the vacation of 20' right of way for
approximately 225' along Parcel 1 and Parcel 2 of certified
survey map 1/51 11.
