APPROVAL OF REZONING PROPERTY IN THE SE 114 OF SECTION 17
TODD BUSHBERGER
WHEREAS, An application has been submitted to rezone the
property in the SE 1/4 of Section 17 from RS-2 to RSM. and
WHEREAS, The rezoning is for the purpose of multi-family
residential development on this approximately 5 acre parcel, and
WHEREAS, This property is ad.jacent to the west by Woodcrest
Heights Subdivision which now contains multi-family units, and
WHEREAS, This property would require the sewer committee's
approval for the extension of the sewer utility, and
WHEREAS, A building, site and operation plan will be
submitted for Plan Commission approval, and
WHEREAS, A puhlic hearing is scheduled to be held before
the Common Council on April 11, 1989.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the rezoning of the property in the SE 1/4 of Section 17
addressed approximately as S86 W18800 Woods Road from RS-2 to
RSM.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That this recommendation is based
on the availahility of sewers on the property.
