APPROVAL OF REZONING PROPERTY IN THE NE 114 OF SECTION 14
DURHAM ROAD AND SCHULTZ LANE-LYNN KURER
WHEREAS, An application has heen submitted to rezone
property in the NE 1/4 of Section 14 from R-2 to R-2/00S, and
WHEREAS, The applicant intends to utilize the property for
the storage of personal property and also the storage of rental
property such as trucks, travel trailers and building materials,
and
WHEREAS, The 00s zoning district overlay is intended to
allow uses compatible with the underlying zoning district, and
WHEREAS, It appears that the proposed use of this property
would be compatible with the underlying residential zoned
district, and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission must approve a building, site
and operation plan, and
WHEREAS, A public hearing is scheduled for the Common
Council on March 28, 1989.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the rezoning for the property from R-2 to R-2/00S for the
property in the NE 1/4 of Section 14 (Durham Road and Schultz
Lane).
