APPROVAL OF REZONING PROPERTY FROM R-2 TO R-2100S
NW 114 OF SECTION 13 JEFF UIECH
WHEREAS, An application has been submitted to rezone the
property from R-2 to R-2/00S, and
WHEREAS, The rezoning is for the purpose of allowing a
commercial print shop to be operated on the property, and
WHEREAS, The 00s overlay zone district is intended to
permit uses compatible with the underlying residential zoning,
and
WHEREAS, The operator of the printing business will not
change the appearance of the suh,ject propertv, and
WHEREAS, The operation would he a limited one and would not
generate excessive commercial traffic to and from the property,
and
WHEREAS, The public hearing was held on February 28, 1989,
and
WHEREAS, A building, site and operation plan is
be approved by the Plan Commission.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commiss
the rezoning of the property in the NW 114 of Section
at W135 Sa266 Durham Drive from R-2 to R-Z/OOS.
