SE 1/4 OF SECTION 11-THOMAS F. WERNETTE
WHEREAS, A sketch was approved for an 8 lot suhdivision on
June 21, 1988, and
WHEREAS, A certified survey map has been submitted for the
first phase (4 lots) of this land division, and
WHEREAS, The sewer committee and Milwaukee Metropolitan
Sewerage District have approved the extension of the sewer
utility, and
WHEREAS, Plans have been submitted for the extension of
Restful Lane with a cul-de-sac.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the certified survey map and recommend approval to the Common
Council subject to the submittal and approval of a subdividers
agreement and letter of credit for the public improvements and
receipt of all other fees required by Section 10 of the land
division ordinance and the approval of the city engineers.
