SW 114 OF SECTION 16 - KEN MILLER
WHEREAS, Plans have been submitted for constructing four 8-
family apartment buildings in the SW 1/4 of Section 16, and
WHEREAS, This has heen rezoned to multi-family in Common
Council Ordinance #631.
WHEREAS, It is proposed to construct four 8-family
apartment buildings similar to those in the Woodcrest
Subdivision, and
UHEREAS, The plan appears to have sufficient parking.
THEREFORE RE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the building, site and operation plan conditioned that the
development sign be placed inside the front lot line and
landscaping plan he submitted prior to installation.
