WHEREAS, A request for occupancy for a building addressed
as W125 S9853 N. Cape Road to sell and service D/C servo motors
has been submitted, and
WHEREAS, This building is in a R-4 zoning district that
permits any retail business by right, and
WHEREAS, Other uses are subject to approval of the Plan
Commission in the building, site and operation plan, and
WHEREAS, This appears to he a special use not requiring a
lot of heavy equipment or generating a lot of vehicular activity.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
0 the use of the sales and service for Servo Motors and Drives,
Inc. as outlined in the correspondence dated February 28, 19A9.
