PCR1989028a RESOLUTION #P.C. 28-89 APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP FOR NW 114 OF SECTION 8
FRANK NARLOCK
WHEREAS, A certified survey map has been submitted to
divide land in the NW 1/4 of Section 8, and
WHEREAS, This is remaining land helonging to Frank Narlock,
and
WHEREAS, On December 8, 1988 the Public Utilities Committee
required that Parcel 1 would require sewers, and
WHEREAS, Parcel 2 could use a alternate method of septic
disposal, and
WHEREAS, Parcel 1 would have to he serviced sewers on
Lakeview Drive, and a WHEREAS, The lots meet the zoning requirements in this RS-2
zoning.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the certified survey map for the land division in the NW 1/4 of
Section 8 and recommend approval to the Common Council sub.ject to
receipt of all other fees required by Section 10 of the land
division ordinance and the approval of the city engineers.
