DISAPPROVAL OF BUILDING, SITE AND~OPERATION PLAN
AL MERFERT
WHEREAS, A request has heen suhmitted for an accessory use
to permit the construction of 47 storage sheds in this RS-Z/OOS
District, and
WHEREAS, The use must be normally incidental or accessory
to the permanent overlay subject to the approval of the Ruilding,
Site and Operation Plan by the Plan Commission, and
WHEREAS, The intent of the 00s District is to provide for
limited uses in keeping with the basic character of underlying
residential districts in terms of building appearances and degree
of activity, and e WHEREAS, The Plan Commission does approve the storage sheds
(mini warehouses) in a B-2 District under conditional 11se.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission deny the
accessory use of 47 storage sheds as an accessory use to A1
Merfert's manufacture and sale of concrete lawn and garden
products at S65 W13964 Janesville Road.
