WHEREAS, A certified survey map has been submitted to
finalize a 4 parcel division, and
WHEREAS, It appears to conform to the sketch, and
WHEREAS, The outlot has been conveyed to a lot to the north
abutting Wentland Drive.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the certified survey map and recommend approval to the Common
Council subject to the proper documentation showing the
attachment of this outlot to the property to the north and
receipt of all fees required by Section 10 of the land division
ordinance and the approval of the city engineers.
