APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
SW 114 OF SECTION 32 - CYNTHIA DIX
WHEREAS, It is proposed to divide Lot 8 of certified survey
map #5518 in the SW 114 of Section 32, and
WHEREAS, These lots are sewered and conform to the RS-2
zoning.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the certified survey map and recommend approval to the Common
Council subject to receipt of all fees required by Section 10 of
the land division ordinance and the approval of the city
engineers.
