APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP FOR LAND DIVISION
SE 114 OF SECTION 16. LOTS 1, 2, 3 and 4
DOROTHY VESBACH
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission in #P.C. 218-88 had approved a
sketch for a 7 lot division of the Dorothy Vesbach property in
the SE 1/4 of Section 16, and
WHEREAS, A certified survey map have been submitted that
conform to that sketch, and
WHEREAS, Plans have been submitted for sewers and the city
is contemplating water for these lots and a developers agreement
is necessary.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the certified survey map and recommend approval to the Common
Council subject to receipt of all fees required hy Section 10 of
the land division ordinance and the approval of the city
engineers.
RE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the approval is subject to the
submittal and approval of a developers agreement.
