WHEREAS, In order for the engineers to conduct a
feasibility study for sewers in the southeast one-quarter of the
City of Muskego, the amount of land to he included for public
sewers is necessary, and
WHEREAS, It is proposed to provide sewers for the landfills
west of Highway 45, and
WHEREAS, This area is not presently within the sewer
service area, and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission in conjunction with SEWRPC
held a public hearing on February 7, 1989 and there appeared to
be no objection voiced at the public hearing in opposition to the
extension.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission
recommend to the Common Council to extend the sewer service area
to include 318 acres west of Highway 45.
