APPROVAL OF A PERMIT FOR SANITARY LANDFILL
WASTE MANAGEMENT
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission shall recommend to the Common
Council approval of a permit for sanitary landfill, and
WHEREAS, Waste Management has requested an extension to a
present contract and permit, and
WHEREAS, The Public Welfare Committee approved the
extension of the contract for 21 months.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission
recommend to the Common Council approval that the contract and
permit be extended for 21 months.
