WHEREAS, Resolution f1P.C. 13-89 Approval of a 48 square
foot flat wall sign for McKinley Industries was deferred, and
WHEREAS, It is proposed to install a 25 square foot
freestanding sign at the base of the setback line, and
WHEREAS, This freestanding sign meets the requirements of
the zoning in this 1-1 zone.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the 25 square foot freestanding sign to he located on the
property addressed as S81 W18510 Gemini Drive.
