WHEREAS, The original certified survey map was reviewed and
approved by the Plan Commission in Resolution #P.C. 51-88 dated
April 19, 1988, and
WHEREAS, This is a re-division of Lot 3 in the NGI 1/4 of
Section 13 Town of Waterford.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the certified survey map for Ron Westerdahl - Town of Waterford
and recommend approval to the Common Council for a 4 lot division
of the property in the NW 1/4 of Section 13, Town of Waterford.
