APPROVAL OF SKETCH FOR 4 ACRES IN THE NW 114 OF SECTION 14 - GERALD KOZEY
WHEREAS, It is proposed to divide 4 acres or more in size
from land in the NW 1/4 of Section 14, and
WHEREAS, This lot will have access by permanent easement
and contains more than 2 acres, and the Plan Commission may
approve lots of 2 acres or more, and
WHEREAS, The Certified Survey Map will show the area that
encompasses wetland/shorelands, and
WHEREAS, The remaining property is in the RS-2 district.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the sketch for this approximately 4 acres or more in the NW 1/4
of Section 14, and
THEREFORE BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That this approval is
conditioned that the future home site not be placed in the
wetland/shoreland district and that the site has a favorable perc
test enabling an on-site sewer disposal system.
