WHEREAS, It is proposed to divide parcel 2 of Certified
Survey Map W4616 in the NE 1/4 of Section 11 into two lots, and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission in approving Certified Survey
Map #4616 dated September 25, 1984, required that 1, 2 and 4 not
be re-divided, and
WHEREAS, The division would create two lots measuring
approximately 113.71' x 618.37', and
WHEREAS, The intent of the requirement that 1, 2 and 4 not
be re-divided was because it would create undesirable lots, and
WHEREAS, The land division ordinance states that lots shall
have a minimum average depth of 100'. Excessive depth in
relation to width shall be avoided and a proportion of two to one
(2:l) shall he considered a desirable ratio under normal
conditions.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission deny
this sketch as proposed.
