NE 114 OF SECTION 8 - HANS AND EDITH KOEHN
WHEREAS, It is proposed to divide land owned by Hans and
Edith Koehn in the NE 1/4 of Section 8, and
WHEREAS, The 29,835 square feet of the property will be
transferred to abutting property that has access to Wentland
Drive, and
WHEREAS, The remaining land will he divided into 3 lots
abutting Hillview, and
WHEREAS, The lots will meet the requirements of this
RS3/OED District.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan commission approve
the sketch and be receptive to a certified survey map creating a
3 parcel division with the remainder of the land being
transferred to abutting property.
