APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
NW 114 OF SECTION a - FRANK NARLOCK PROPERTY
WHEREAS, A certified survey map has been submitted dividing
property owned by Narlock in the NIJ 1/4 of Section 8, and
WHEREAS, This land lies to the south and east of
Hillendale, and
WHEREAS, A sketch for a 5 parcel division had been
submitted in PC 209-88, and
WHEREAS, It is now

WHEREAS, This cert
by showing a 120' x 120'
I proposed to divide land southeast of

parcel of land being dedicated for
public street purposes because of an existing cul de sac on this
property, and
WHEREAS, Parcel 2 has been enlarged to conform with the RS2
zoning for non-sewered lots, and
WHEREAS, Parcel 1 will not be sewered at this time and
parcel 3 will have access to sewer from Ridge Road.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the certified survey map and recommend approval to the Common
Council subject to receipt of all other fees required by Section
10 of the land division ordinance and the approval of the city
engineers.
