APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
SE 114 OF SECTION 7 - HANSEN
WHEREAS, A certified survey map has been submitted for a
four parcel division in the SE 1/4 of Section 7, and
WHEREAS, This land has been recently sewered.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the certified survey map for the four parcel division in the SE
1/4 of Section 7 and recommend approval to the Common Council
subject to receipt of all other fees required by Section 10 of
the land division ordinance and the approval of the city
engineers.
