WHERFAS, A certified survey map has been submitted for a
two parcel division in the SW 1/4 of Section 1-Thekla H. Schmidt,
and
WHEREAS, The sketch was approved by the Plan Commission in
Resolution FP.C. 205-88, and
WHEREAS, The submitted certified survey map conforms to the
approved sketch.
THEREFORE BE IT KESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the certified survey map for the two parcel division in the SW
1/4 of Section 1 and recommend approval to the Common Council
subject to receipt of all other fees required by Section 10 of
the land division ordinance and the approval of the city
engineers.
