IEW AND RENEWAL OF PLAN COMMISSION PERMISSION FOR PARK ING
OF SEMI TRACTOR WITH TRAILER FOR JOHN KRARBENHOFT sa3 ~20618 JANESVILLE ROAD
WHEREAS, On July 19, 1983, the Plan Commission granted
permission to park a semi tractor with trailer not to exceed a
three year period, and
WHEREAS, In #P.C. 3-88 the Plan Commission approved the
parking of the semi tractor with trailer for a one year period to
be renewed in January, 1989.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the continuous parking of the semi tractor with trailer.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That this permission is granted
until January, 1990 at which time it needs to be reviewed.
