APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
RESOLUTION #P.c. 224-88
DEAK--TOWN OF NORWAY
WHEREAS, A certified survey map was submitted on December
13, 1988 to create one parcel located at the SW 1/4 of Section
15, Town of Norway, and
WHEREAS, This approval is necessary under the city's
extraterritorial plan approval, and
WHEREAS, The Town of Norway must approve land division
within their jurisdiction.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the certified survey map for Frank and Richard Deak, Town of
Norway for the one parcel division in th.e SW 1/4 of Section 15,
Town of Norway and recommends approval to the Common Council.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, This approval is subject to receipt
of the $50.00 submittal fee.
