NW 114 OF SECTION 19--ROSS/KING
WHEREAS, A Certified Survey Map has been submitted to
divide a one acre parcel in the NW 1/4 of Section 19 (Crowbar
Road), and
WHEREAS, A Sketch for this one acre division was received
and approved by the Plan Commission in Resolution PC188-88, and
WHEREAS, The submitted Certified Survev Map conforms to the
approved sketch.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOJ,VED, That the Plan Commission approve
the Certified Survey Map for the one acre parce1,in the NW 1/4 of
Section 19 (Crowbar Road) and recommend approval to the Common
Council conditioned that proof of an on-site sewer disposal
system be submitted and all other fees required by Section 10 of
the land division ordinance and the approval of the city
engineers.
