IN THE SW 1/4 OF SECTION 16--DeBack/Miller
WHEREAS, A petition has been received to rezone lands in
the SW 1/4 of Section 16 from 1-1 to RSM, and
WHEREAS, The land abuts a major road on the east,
industrial zoning on the north, and Woodcrest Heights Subdivision
on the south and west.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission
recommend rezoning approximately 3.2 acres + or - in the SW 1/4
of Section 16 from 1-1 to RSM.
