WHEREAS, The City of Muskego has received an application to
construct a 24' x 40' 2nd garage structure at S64 W13896
Janesville Road, and
WHEREAS, This property is zoned Base RS-2 with 00s (Office
and Special Service District) Overlay, and
WHEREAS, This building will he used for storage of items
which are accessory to a permitted use in this 00s District, and
WHEREAS, The garage will be located hehind and to the north
of the existing building and will be located at least 10' away.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the amended building, site and operation plan and the approval of
the 2nd garage structure on the property addressed at S64 W13896
Janesville Road.
