APPROVAL OF 2ND GARAGE STRUCTURE
AT Sl06 U20110 N. SHORE DRIVE--L. SCHWARTZ
WHEREAS, It is proposed to construct a 30' x 24' second
garage structure at S106 W20110 N. Shore Drive, and
WHEREAS, This garage will be used for storage, and
WHEREAS, This garage will be compatible with residential
development, and
WHEREAS, The garage will conform to the setback and offset
areas of the zoning ordinance.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Planning Commission
recommend appoval of this structure.
