APPROVAL OF TEMPORARY SIGN AT
S75 W17301 JANESVILLE ROAD - DCS ENTERPRISES, INC.
WHEREAS, A building elevation has been submitted which
shows the proposed "Flea-0-Ramal' sign, and
WHEREAS, This property is zoned 8-3 and allows for a wall
sign of not more than 5% of the wall area, and
WHEREAS, This 3' x 20' non-illuminated plywood sign meets
zoning district requirements, and
WHEREAS, This sign is proposed to be a temporary sign and
request is for a 6 month time period.
THEREFORE RE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
"Flea-0-Ramal' sign to be installed on the former Pick 'n Save
lding at S75 W17301 Janesville Road for a period of 6 months.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Plan approve a temporary
freestanding standard non-flashing readable letter sign for a two
week period.
