APPROVAL OF 7 LOT DIVISION IN THE
WHEREAS, It is proposed to divide 7 lots in the SE 1/4 of
Section 16, and
WHEREAS, This property is zoned RS-1 and shoreland/wetland,
and
WHEREAS, The lots meet the minimum requirement for the
zoning district, and
WHEREAS, These lots are proposed to be sewered.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the 7 lot division based on the availability of sewers and access
to all remaining land.
