WHEREAS, A Certified Survey Hap has been submitted for a
division of a one acre parcel in the NW 1/4 of Section 21, and
WHEREAS, The sketch was approved subject to the rezoning
R-3 District, and
WHEREAS, The property has been rezoned to R-3.

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the Certified Survey Map and recommend approval to the Common
Council subject to receipt of all other fees required by Section
10 of the land division ordinance and the approval of the city
eneineers and that a favorable perculation test is obtained.
