APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
NW 1/4 OF SECTION 31-TROEGER/BRODEL
WHEREAS, A Certified Survey Map has been submitted to
finalize a 2.8 acre parcel in the SE 1/4 of Section 31, and
WHEREAS, The Sewer Utility Committee has granted an
extension of sewers to this lot, and
WHEREAS, The sketch was approved in P.C. 94-88.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the Certified Survey Elap and recommend approval to the Common
Council subject to the receipt of all other fees required by
Section 10 of the land division ordinance and the approval of the
city engineers.
